Next Steps

You might be asking, “What can I do?” Three steps you may want to start with:

  1. If you like social media, commit to spending less time on social media and devote that time to Him. Sometimes we can be guilty of giving too much time to the wrong things. Try connecting with God before you connect to social media.
  2. Set a specific time to meet with the Lord each day, thus creating a pattern of consistency.
  3. Start your day off by acknowledging the Lord and inviting His presence to be with you. No matter what you have on your schedule, nothing is too big or too small to ask for God’s presence. In fact, you may have something on your schedule that you need help resisting the temptation of any unauthorized activity. Just know, whatever it is, God is always available for you, and He hears you when you call out. He wants you to be in His Presence.
