I hadn’t been able to post about my Niece since she passed. This was just really hard for our family. She was such a sweet soul! Miss her like crazy. I’m so glad I have beautiful memories that make me smile. She’s alive forever in my heart! Miss you April ❤️❤️❤️

I gues that athlete, that runner mindset will always be in me. My son Mychal told me go to my car as it was getting dark. I tried to take the short cut, but could not. I had to finish my course, my goal. I felt like I was cheating myself if I didn’t. Not only did I finish but I improved my time. As a runner, it’s all about self improvement. I don’t have to compete with anyone! 😂 Any way, I did 3.23 miles in 56 mins. I also put a few light jogging intervals along the way. Finished up strong with a nice little jog! Last Friday was the first time I had tried to jog since my SCAD heart attack! It’s been 18mos. I feel really good. Yes…I’m excited. Praise God! Now will I keep this up…well that’s another story! Much prayer please 😂😂😂

Hey FB, it is my Daughter’s Birthday! I love this girl right here so much! I could not have ask for a better Daughter! She loves and takes really good care of her mother, me…😁 Always looking out for me! I am so grateful and Blessed to have her! She wanted to celebrate her Bday with family! We had a great time at Dorney Park on Saturday, Church on Sunday, and dinner at Habachi”s Sunday evening! Please help me wish Mekayla a very Happy Happy Birthday! Love you Much!
